Who can use the Affirm payment method? Anyone in the US with a valid mobile phone number, shipping address and social security number can pay with Affirm for eligible items up to $20,000.
What information does Affirm require? To create an Affirm account and help verify your identity, you’ll need to provide your name, email, phone number, date of birth, and the last four digits of your social security number.
Does Affirm perform a credit check? Affirm performs a 'soft' credit check to help verify your identity and determine your eligibility for financing. Checking eligibility will not impact credit. How do I pay my monthly bills? Affirm will send you monthly text and email reminders to pay your bills by bank transfer, check, or debit card at affirm.com/pay.
How do refunds work on returned items? You may return an item the same way you would on Kathy Kuo Home, following our return policy. We will return the funds to Affirm, and Affirm will process the refund and credit any payments made on the loan, not including interest. Refund credit will appear in your account within 3 to 10 business days.
