"I am in the process of working with KKH for the second time, and this time with a much larger scope of work for design in many areas of my new home. The design process with Jeri has been amazing, and in my mind, a great value. You get access to a dedicated designer, have an initial meeting to discuss scope, what you’re looking for, etc., and then a fun design presentation that includes layouts, photos, mood boards, and a budget sheet. The team that partners with the designer on the budget sheets, ordering process, etc. is also a dream! The organization that is provided is so helpful, especially because I manage many of my own processes in spreadsheets. The fact that I can take the budgeting, ordering, tracking, logistics of my plate is amazing. Jeri and the rest of the team are incredibly responsive and thoughtful and have been such a pleasure to work with. I have already recommended KKH to several friends and will continue to sing their praises as we get settled in our new home!"

"First, Kathy Kuo Home has the BEST furniture and the quality is excellent. Additionally, I had a great experience with the designer selected to work with me. I like that they have designers based on different styles. I loved my designer Jeri, even though I probably drove her crazy with my schedule and with how long I took to make decisions on some things. Yet, she was very patient and worked with me for all I needed and whatever time it took. They sent samples of wood/fabric/carpets, etc. so I could see the material live and in the room(s) I was using them in. I loved that. We also had on-line/zoom meetings where she showed me how the furniture/fabrics etc. looked in my rooms. I was great seeing the visual. They worked with you if you didn’t like an item. It was a great experience and it was the first time I furnished my home via online. I have been used to purchasing at a store vs online for bigger items. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. They have a personal touch to what they do. I even got a Christmas card signed by Kathy Kuo herself. That was a nice touch. I have to add that Manny was extremely helpful and kind in working with me for any returns/credits, etc. He always went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Thank you Kathy Kuo and team!"

"As a retail customer of Kathy Kuo Home, I want to share my experience with the excellent interior design team, order-processing team and the follow up team. My journey began with a consultation with my personal interior designer — we communicated via email where she asked questions about my project, my style and my initial product choices from the KKH website. Working with that information, she put together a fantastic color board with many of my picks, along with additional items that complimented and polished the space. Providing a comprehensive list and visual presentation of each design element included in the plan, I was able to easily build my room with ordering help of the processing team. They were always pro-active in messaging me about the status of my orders and expected deliveries. And, with a couple of pieces, there were delivery snafus which were quickly and professionally addressed and resolved.
