We know the anticipation of waiting for a piece you love, and we want the delivery experience to be as seamless as the find. Every order ships with care, and we offer three levels of delivery so you can choose what works best for your home and your schedule.

✓ Free shipping on all pillows & throws
Every pillow and throw at Kathy Kuo Home ships free—always, with no minimum order required. Add them to any order and we'll take care of the delivery.

Parcel & Threshold Delivery

Shipping fees for both Parcel and Threshold Delivery are calculated based on your order total and shown at checkout. The rate table below applies to both delivery methods.

Parcel Delivery

For smaller items—décor, accessories, textiles, and lighting—we ship via UPS or FedEx with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouses, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Threshold Delivery

For larger furniture and oversized pieces, our two-person delivery team will carry your item inside and leave it at your front entry&mdashno wrestling boxes from the curb. You'll be contacted to schedule a delivery window that works for you.

Pillows & throws always ship free— no minimum order required.

Parcel orders ship via UPS or FedEx and typically arrive 3—7 business days after leaving our warehouses. Tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

Threshold orders ship via freight carrier and typically arrive 2—3 weeks after leaving our warehouses. Your delivery team will contact you to schedule a delivery window before your order arrives. Threshold delivery does not include room placement, unpacking, or assembly. If you'd like your piece fully set up and ready to enjoy, consider upgrading to White Glove Delivery.

Please call customer service at 888-908-2925 for shipping rates on all orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and any US islands only accessible by ferry.

White Glove Delivery

Our full-service option, for the pieces that deserve it. Your two-person delivery team will carry your item to the room of your choice, unpack it completely, handle all debris and packaging removal, and provide up to 30 minutes of furniture assembly. You'll schedule a delivery appointment in advance and simply point them in the right direction.

White Glove Delivery is required for selecting oversized, heavy, or fragile items, and is clearly indicated on the product page. Fees are based on your order total and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

When your White Glove Delivery order reaches your local delivery hub, you will be contacted to schedule a by-appointment 4-hour delivery window to receive your order. White Glove Delivery can be scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.

As part of our White Glove Delivery service, we will bring the item(s) into your home, carry your item(s) up 1 flight of stairs, dispose of the packaging materials, and provide up to 30 minutes of furniture assembly. This service is unable to provide construction, move existing furniture, or make any modifications to your home.

Assembly includes a 30-minute, non-technical assembly (e.g., attaching the legs to a table, inserting hardware, etc.) and does NOT include more involved assembly and construction or home modification (e.g., wiring lighting, hanging artwork, etc.).

Please measure your space before ordering.
Please measure your space (doorways, elevators, stairways, etc.) before buying products from us to ensure that they will fit into your home. If a product does not fit, it will be sent back to us and outbound and return shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please contact us ahead of time at 888-908-2925 if there are any delivery challenges at your home we should know about, such as multiple flights of stairs or a narrow or long driveway. Note that additional charges may apply in such instances.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our furniture pieces are made to order—crafted specifically for you after your purchase is placed. This is what allows us to offer the breadth of styles, finishes, and configurations you'll find on our site. Here's what to know before you order:

Lead times
Made-to-order items require extended time for production before they ship. Each product page shows the estimated lead time for that item—this reflects the time needed to produce your piece before it leaves the factory. Transit time is additional and will vary by delivery method.

Returns
Because custom and made-to-order items are produced specifically for you, they are not eligible for return. We encourage you to review dimensions, finishes, and fabric selections carefully before placing your order. Our team is happy to help—reach us at cs@kathykuohome.com or 888-908-2925 before you buy.

Cancellations
Once a made-to-order item has entered production, it cannot be cancelled. If you have questions about your order status, contact our team as soon as possible at cs@kathykuohome.com or 888-908-2925

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary by order. A tracking ID will be emailed to you the day your order ships out so you may easily track your order. The estimated shipping times below represent the approximate amount of time your order will be in transit once it has left the factory:

These shipping estimates represent the time it takes for an item to reach your home AFTER it leaves the factory and do not include production time for out of stock or made-to-order items. When you purchase a product from us, any shipping times we provide are ESTIMATES ONLY and actual delivery dates may vary. If you elect to use our White Glove Delivery service, you will be required to make an appointment for delivery and are responsible for any storage fees or held shipment charges.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available on select items for an additional cost. Please email us at cs@kathykuohome.com to inquire about expediting your order.

International Shipping

At this time, Kathy Kuo Home does not offer international shipping through our online checkout. However, we are happy to accommodate international customers through our Service Team, who can provide custom international shipping quotes.

Damaged Items & Damage Claims

Please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, you must note the damage on the carrier's Proof of Delivery form before signing— this step is critical to filing a successful claim. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at cs@kathykuohome.com or 888-908-2925 with photos of the damage and your order number, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.

Delivery Scheduling

When your White Glove or Threshold Delivery order is on its way, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment. This can happen as early as the day your order ships or shortly after it arrives at your local delivery hub. It is the customer's responsibility to schedule and complete delivery promptly upon being contacted.

If you are unable to schedule or receive your delivery, storage fees may apply. Please contact us at cs@kathykuohome.com or 888-908-2925 as soon as possible if you anticipate any difficulty scheduling your delivery.

Signature & Adult Presence Required

White Glove and Threshold Delivery both require an adult signature at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone 18 or older is present to receive your order and sign the Proof of Delivery form.

If no one is available at the scheduled delivery time, the carrier will attempt redelivery—additional fees may apply for all failed delivery attempts.

Multiple Shipments & Mixed Orders

Orders containing items with different delivery methods—for example, a parcel item and a White Glove furniture piece—will ship separately and may arrive on different dates.

Items ordered together may also arrive in multiple boxes even when shipped via the same method.

Preorder Items

Some items on our site are available for preorder, meaning the item is not yet in our warehouses but is on its way. Estimated arrival dates are shown on the product page and are subject to change. Once a preorder item arrives at our warehouses, additional processing time may be required before it ships to you.

Preorder items follow the same return restrictions as made-to-order items and are not eligible for return. Shipping fees for preorder items are collected at the time of order.

Rural & Limited-Access Delivery

Deliveries to rural areas or locations with limited carrier access may take longer than our standard estimated shipping times. Please don't hesitate to contact us at cs@kathykuohome.com or 888-908-2925 if you have questions about delivery to your area.
